About the Event
Welland Library Main Branch is entering its fourth year as a drop-off location. This annual campaign supports our local community by providing women in need with new/gently used purses filled with essential items. Starting November 1st and running until November 3oth, purses and their contents can be dropped off at all branches. See the list of purse guidelines on our website, starting October 28.
